Guacamole

Yield: 32 Servings

Ingredients:

• 16 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
• 2 cup minced cilantro
• 2 cup diced roma tomatoes (about 1 large roma tomato)
• 2 cup diced white onions
• 4 lime, juiced
• 8 jalapeno, diced (optional)
• 8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Mash avocados.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients.
3. Store in airtight container with a lid and s

5. Cover with plastic wrap touching the guacamole.
6. Can be frozen if tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapenos are left out until after defrosted.
