Guacamole
Yield: 32 Servings
Ingredients:
- 16 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 cup minced cilantro
- 2 cup diced roma tomatoes (about 1 large roma tomato)
- 2 cup diced white onions
- 4 lime, juiced
- 8 jalapeno, diced (optional)
- 8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Mash avocados.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Store in airtight container with a lid and s
- Spritz with lime juice.
- Cover with plastic wrap touching the guacamole.
- Can be frozen if tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapenos are left out until after defrosted.
