Chicken Noodle Soup
Yield:
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 cups celery
- 1/2 medium onion
- 6 cups of chicken broth (6 cups hot water plus 4 teaspoons chicken bullion)
- 12 oz egg noodles (3/4 bag)
Directions:
- Chop all of the vegetables and place in the Crockpot.
- Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks and add to Crockpot.
- Add broth.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Add the egg noodles and cook for 30-60 minutes.
