Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Yield: 5½ cups

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
½ cup chopped onion
2 TBSP butter
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2½ cups milk
¾ pound cheese grated

Directions:

Saute onions in butter in large pot
Add broccoli and saute a little longer
Add remaining ingredients
Cook over medium heat until cheese melts; stir often
Serve immediately
