Cream Cheese and Olive Sandwiches

Yield: Makes enough spread for 20 sandwiches.

Ingredients:

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup pimento stuffed oilves, minced
2 tablespoons minced onion
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Bread

Directions:

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in minced olive, onion and mayonnaise;
Spread on bread.
