Creamy Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. seashell shaped pasta
• Salad Options; chopped
  • broccoli
  • cucumber
  • grape tomatoes
  • 3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 6-8 strips of crispy- baked bacon
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 2/3 cup of corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • salami
  • 8 Monterey Jack cheese sticks cut into chunks
• Ranch dressing or Make the Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, pressed
  • Salt / pepper

Directions:

1. Cook pasta and drain and rinse in cold water.
2. Put all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl except the dressing.
3. Add dressing and stir to combine.
4. Refrigerate.
