Brandied Cranberries
Recipe from Diana Nicholson
Ingredients:
- 2 (12 oz.) bags fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brandy OR Grand Marnier
Directions:
- Place cranberries in a single layer on a lightly greased jellyroll pan. (Important to have in single layer on a pan with sides.)
- Pour sugar over cranberries.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Spoon cranberries into serving bowl. Gently sir in brandy.
- Cool.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
- Great to make ahead.
