Banana Sour Cream Salad

Joy was a good friend of my mother.

Recipe from Joy Miller

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 T. maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 bananas, mashed

Directions:

  1. Combine bananas and sour cream.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and add to banana mixture.
  3. Fill 2 qt. mold if doubled or line muffin tin with paper cups and fill.
  4. Freeze.
