Banana Sour Cream Salad

Great Salad
Joy was a good friend of my mother.

Recipe from Joy Miller

Ingredients:

2 cups sour cream
3/4 cups sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
5 T. maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
3/4 cups chopped pecans
2 bananas, mashed

Directions:

Combine bananas and sour cream.
Mix all other ingredients and add to banana mixture.
Fill 2 qt. mold if doubled or line muffin tin with paper cups and fill.
Freeze.
