Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Yield: 1 pie crust

Ingredients:

  • 18 Graham crackers (1 1/4 cups) about 2 packs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 TBSP butter
  • 9" pie plate

Directions:

  1. Put Graham crackers in food processor and process until fine crumbs
  2. Melt butter in pie plate
  3. Stir together all ingredients
  4. Press into pie plate
  5. Bake 375° for 6-9 minutes
  6. Cool
