Chess Pie

Yield: 1 pie

Ingredients:

1 TBSP cornmeal
1 1/4 c sugar
2 TBSP flour
3 eggs
1 stk butter
1 TBSP vanilla
1 TBSP vinegar
1 pie shell

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter in microwave
Mix cornmeal, sugar and flour.
Add eggs and butter and cream throughly.
Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes.
