Chocolate Chex Mix

Ingredients:

• 8 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
• Carmel Sauce
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup mini size Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup caramel bits
• 1 Tbsp heavy cream
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 tsp coarse sea salt

Directions:

1. Into large microwavable bowl, measure cereal; set aside
2. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
3. Microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a 2 cup measuring cup for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until melted.
4. Stir in baking soda.
5. Pour caramel mixture over cereal and stir.
6. Microwave 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
7. Spread on cookie sheet and cool.
8. Sprinkle Peanut Butter Cups and marshmallows over Chex mixture.
9. Microwave caramel baking bits and cream 1 minute or until melted. Drizzle over Chex mixture.
10. Microwave the milk chocolate chips, 30 seconds and stir; repeat until melted. Drizzle over Chex mixture.
11. Microwave the white chocolate chips, 30 seconds and stir; repeat until melted. Drizzle over Chex mixture.
12. Quickly sprinkle coarse salt over all while candy drizzles are still wet.
13. Refrigerate until set.
14. Break apart and store in tightly covered container.
