Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients for Crust:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
Ingredients for Filling:
- 2 pounds fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- Preheating oven to 350° F.
- Greasing a 9×13 baking pan.
- Whisk sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add butter, using a pastry cutter to combine.
- Add milk and stir.
- Pour mixture into the greased pan.
- Pour blueberries on top.
- Sprinkle sugar over the blueberries and pour hot water over sugar.
- Dot top of cobbler with butter.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
