Microwave Fudge

Ingredients:

1 lb. powdered sugar (1 lb. = 3 1/2 cup sifted)
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk (4 tbsp.)
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Lightly grease an 8-inch square dish or line with wax paper. Set aside.
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa in microwave safe bowl
Add milk and butter to sugar and cocoa mixture. DO NOT STIR
Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 2 minutes
Add vanilla and nuts and stir until blended
Pour into prepared dish
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Cut and serve
