Earthquake Cake
Yield: 9x13 sheet cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 box (16 oz) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Cut waxed paper to fit 9x13 pan or tube cake pan and grease and flour.
- Spread nuts in pan
- Layer coconut
- Mix cake mix as directed and pour over coconut
- Melt margarine
- Add cream cheese and Mix
- Add powdered sugar and mix until blended
- Pour over cake mix
- Bake 350° for 60 minutes or until done.
- Cool and invert on serving tray.
