Tuxedo Brownie Bites
Yields 48 small cup cake brownies.
Brownie Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (9x13 size)
Directions:
Make brownies according to recipe.
Use small scoop to fill mini muffin pan that has been sprayed with oil with flour spray.
Bake at 325 for 14 minutes, until edges are set.
Remove from oven, immediately push down centers with tart shaper that has been dipped in flour.
Cool 15 minutes in pan, remove, and then repeat with remaining batter.
Filling Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 Tbs milk
2 oz white chocolate
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
Directions:
Melt chocolate with milk, for 1 minute on high in microwave.
Combine cream cheese and sugar with whisk.
Add slightly cooled chocolate.
Fold in cool whip.
Load filling into decorator bag.
Pipe into cooled cups.
Decorate with strawberries, raspberries or drizzled chocolate.
