Brownies with Chocolate Icing
Yield:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups All Purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans or almonds
5 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt.
Using a wooden spoon, stir in melted butter. Add eggs, vanilla, and nuts. Mix until combined. Do not over stir!
Pour into greased, floured 9" x 13" baking pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350° F.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top evenly with marshmallows then return to oven and bake about 6 minutes until marshmallows puff slightly and brown.
Make Icing and frost brownies while they are warm.
