Crumb Cake

Yield:
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 lb. Butter
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tsp. (heaping) cinnamon
Directions:
- Prepare cake mix following instructions on box making sure to included 1 tsp vanilla.
- Pour into a greased 11 x 17 pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

While it is baking put together the topping.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Mix in remaining ingredients to form coarse crumbs.
- Spread topping on baked cake.
- Bake another 20 min. @ 350.
- Cool in pan.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
