Breakfast Casserole
Recipe from Jeanette Hood
Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 6 eggs
- 2 slices frozen bread cut into very small cubes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Sauté sausage and drain.
- Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
- Layer bread cubes,sausage, and cheese in 9x13 pan.
- Pour egg mixture over top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 350° F for 45 minutes.
