Mexican Corn Bread

Serves 8

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1cup sour cream
1 cup cream corn
2/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cup corn meal
3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
2 green jalapeno peppers - Seeds removed
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine the ingredients.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
