Mexican Corn Bread

Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream corn
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup corn meal
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 green jalapeno peppers - Seeds removed
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Combine the ingredients.
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
