Frosted Lemonade Punch
Yield: 28 (4-ounce) servings
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 6.7 ounce envelope (1cup) sugar sweetened lemonade mix (I used Country Time)
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 quart lemon sherbet (4 cups)
- 2 16-ounce bottle (4 cups)grapefruit carbonated beverage, chilled
Directions:
- In a punch bowl, combine water and lemonade mix; stir until dissolved
- Stir in juice
- Stir half sherbet to soften; stir into mix
- Scoop remaining sherbet into punch
- Slowly pour carbonated beverage down side of bowl; Stir gently
- Serve immediately
