Stuffed Mushrooms
Recipe from Sharon McGuire
Ingredients:
- 1 large container of mushrooms from Costco or 2 smaller containers for grocery store
- 8 oz cream cheese (low fat), softened
- 1 lb Hot sausage
- Texas Pete (several shakes .... to taste)
Directions:
- Fry sausage and drain thoroughly.
- Combine with cream cheese
- Fill Mushrooms
- Bake at 400° F for approx 10 minutes.
