Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe from Sharon McGuire

Ingredients:

1 large container of mushrooms from Costco or 2 smaller containers for grocery store
8 oz cream cheese (low fat), softened
1 lb Hot sausage
Texas Pete (several shakes .... to taste)

Directions:

Fry sausage and drain thoroughly.
Combine with cream cheese
Fill Mushrooms
Bake at 400° F for approx 10 minutes.
