Potato Chips
Yield: 2 servings. WW P+: 2 per serving
Ingredients:
- 1 medium baking potato, scrubbed
- 1/2 t extra virgin olive oil
- salt, to taste
- olive oil spray
Directions:
- Slice the potato very thin.
- Place them in a large ziploc bag and drizzle with oil.
- Seal the bag and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
- Add the salt & toss again.
- Cover a large plate with parchment paper and lightly mist the paper with spray.
- Working in batches, place the potato slices on the parchment in a single layer.
- Microwave the potatoes on high for 5-10 minutes or until the chips are completely crisp. NOTE: Watch carefully to make sure you don't burn the chips
- Allow them to cool 2 minutes and serve.
