Yield: 4 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 3 medium soft avocados
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. sale
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 ac. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 can plain bean dip
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2-3 medium tomatoes chopped
- 6 oz. pitted ripe olives
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips
Directions:
- Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice.
- Combine sour cream, Mayonnaise and taco seasoning in a separate bowl.
- Spread bean dip on bottom of 11"x7" pan
- Top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture
- Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives
- Cover with cheese
- Serve room temperature or chilled with chips.
