Mexican Ole!

Yield: 4 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

3 medium soft avocados
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. sale
1/4 t. pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 ac. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 can plain bean dip
1 bunch green onions
2-3 medium tomatoes chopped
6 oz. pitted ripe olives
8 oz. shredded cheddar
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Directions:

Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice.
Combine sour cream, Mayonnaise and taco seasoning in a separate bowl.
Spread bean dip on bottom of 11"x7" pan
Top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture
Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives
Cover with cheese
Serve room temperature or chilled with chips.
