Glazed Brie

Recipe from a freind in Columbia, SC

Ingredients:

1 pound wheel Brie cheese, rind removed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 - 2 cups brown sugar
2 TBSP cognac

Directions:

Place Brie on a pie plate or oven proof serving dish
Cover Brie with pecans
Pat sugar on top of pecans
Drizzle with cognac
Bake at 300° for 8 - 10 minutes or until Brie melts
Serve immediately with unsalted crackers
