Glazed Brie
Recipe from a freind in Columbia, SC
Ingredients:
- 1 pound wheel Brie cheese, rind removed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 - 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 TBSP cognac
Directions:
- Place Brie on a pie plate or oven proof serving dish
- Cover Brie with pecans
- Pat sugar on top of pecans
- Drizzle with cognac
- Bake at 300° for 8 - 10 minutes or until Brie melts
- Serve immediately with unsalted crackers
