Cheesy Broccoli Soup
Yield: 5½ cups
Ingredients:
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 2½ cups milk
- ¾ pound cheese grated
Directions:
- Saute onions in butter in large pot
- Add broccoli and saute a little longer
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook over medium heat until cheese melts; stir often
- Serve immediately
