Kale Salad with Chickpeas and Avocado

Ingredients:

Salad

• Fresh, young Kale, chopped
• Chickpeas, drained
• Avocado, chopped
• Fresh basil, chopped
• Red onion, minced

Dressing

• Extra virgin olive oil
• Honey
• Lemon juice
• Garlic, minced
• Salt
• Pepper
• Red pepper flakes

Directions:

1. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix together dressing ingredients.
3. Pour dressing over salad and sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
