Nutella Pie

Yield: 1 pie

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 oreo pie crust or bake your own:
    • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • Press into greased spring form pan
    • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and cool
  • Nutella and Hazelnuts for topping
  • Sliced strawberry's or raspberries for decorating

Directions:

  1. Cream the cream cheese
  2. Add sugar, Nutella, and Cool Whip until well blended
  3. Pour into the pre-made pie crust
  4. Microwave 1/4 cup Nutella for 10 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over pie. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the pie. Add berries.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour

No Bake Nutella Cheesecakes

INGREDIENTS:

For the Crust

  • 12 Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 3 TBSP butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter
  2. Divide the crumbs between 4- 6 individual serving dishes and press into the bottoms of the dishes to form a crust
  3. Beat the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Fold in the whipped topping
  6. Evenly pipe or spoon the filling into the prepared individual serving dishes
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
  8. Garnish with additional whipped topping, chocolate shavings, and/or toasted, chopped hazelnuts
