Nutella Pie
Yield: 1 pie
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 16 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 oreo pie crust or bake your own:
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup
sugar
- Press into greased spring form pan
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
and cool
- Nutella and Hazelnuts for topping
- Sliced strawberry's or raspberries for decorating
Directions:
- Cream the cream cheese
- Add sugar, Nutella, and
Cool Whip until well blended
- Pour into the pre-made pie crust
- Microwave 1/4 cup Nutella for 10 seconds or until melted. Drizzle
over pie. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the pie. Add berries.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour
No Bake Nutella Cheesecakes
INGREDIENTS:
For the Crust
- 12 Oreo Cookies,
crushed
- 3 TBSP butter, melted
Filling
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1 tsp
vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine cookie crumbs
and melted butter
- Divide the crumbs between 4- 6 individual serving
dishes and press into the bottoms of the dishes to form a crust
- Beat the cream cheese and Nutella
until smooth
- Add vanilla
- Fold
in the whipped topping
- Evenly
pipe or spoon the filling into the prepared individual serving dishes
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
- Garnish with additional whipped topping, chocolate shavings, and/or toasted,
chopped hazelnuts
