Millionaire Cake (Pineapple)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Icing
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and spread on cake.
