Pineapple Cheese Ball
Yields: 3 cups
- Stir together:
- 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1-8 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/8 cup diced green bell pepper or chives or green onion
- 1 TBSP chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- Shape into 1 or 2 ball(s)
- Roll in
- 1 cups chopped pecans, toasted
- Cover in plastic wrap
- Chill up to 2 days
- Serve with assorted crackers
